For stays over 31 December, there will be a compulsory Gala dinner supplement of starting from AED 1,650 per adult and AED 825 per child (6-11 years). Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. Children are not allowed to stay in Royal Pavilion Villas.

Excellent & joyful
excellent breakfast, can't even recall the last time I had it so good. Great location, if you can stand a lot of sand around you.
I am sure everyone, including me, thinks it is expensive. But good things come with the price.

A perfect escape into the desert
The resort itself is beautiful, a good balance of tasteful design and opulence whilst retaining warmth and comfort. There is a great variety of amenities, facilities and activities. All the staff are super attentive, welcoming and professional and unlike most of the UAE, you can chat with all the staff as equals - nobody is shy or nervous. The rooms are brilliant with well-stocked bathrooms.
The poolside (Ghadeer) restaurant's asian food is not up to scratch, compared to all the other fantastic food we ate. I feel a lot of the optional activities are priced very high, but I guess that comes with literally being stuck in the middle of nowhere and being a captive audience ha ha.

Great resort in an amazing location, with a few considerations to improve guest experience.
Great breakfast. Friendly welcome and check in. Loved both of the pools Views were amazing. Bed was super comfy. Loved the reusable water bottles.
Service at key points of the stay. Luggage took more than 30 minutes to arrive in room, only arriving after a phone call and a trip to the front desk. Check out was very slow and mistake with billing meant a further delay.
